First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.
As the Fitness Specialist:
- Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates members to achieve their goals.
- Create and lead a variety of group fitness classes and willing to learn new formats and specialties.
- Opportunity to train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
- Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
- Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service
- Opportunity to create and lead health, wellness, and fitness programs and events.

We're looking for:
- An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
- Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
- Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
- Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
- A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
- Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members
- Proficiency in using a computer.
- BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
- CPR/AED certification

- Schedule will vary and is flexible Monday - Friday, NO Weekends
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
