First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Center Manager to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.
As the Center Manager you will:
- Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.
- Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
- Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.
- Oversee day to day operations of the club
- Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service
- Work full-time in a fun environment.

We're looking for:
- An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
- Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
- Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
- Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
- A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
- Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members
- Proficiency in using a computer.
- BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
- CPR/AED certification

- Monday - Friday, NO weekends
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Collectively, Mark and Gary have been operating and managing commercial and private fitness centers and sports facilities for over four decades.
Since it’s inception in 1979, Fitcorp managed private fitness centers for large and small companies and institutions including Gillette, Fidelity, Raytheon, John Hancock, Harvard Medical, Emerson College, Boston Scientific, Tufts Health Plan and Biogen Idec.
